WILDFLOWER TOURS

Discover an in-depth understanding of local wildflowers and Esperance’s unique natural landscape, combined with the experience of walking through nature in a small intimate group. Gain insight into the areas you visit, as your tour guide shares valuable local wildflower knowledge as she guides you to the very best wildflower ‘hot-spots’ for optimum viewing and encounters. During the Wildflower Festival the tours are scheduled every day, with one in the morning and another in the afternoon.

Wildflower tag-along tours are led by local wildflower photographer & enthusiast, Elodie. When Elodie is not studying wildflowers in the southern coastal region, she is volunteering at the Esperance Wildflower Festival – showcasing over 2,500 species in the Esperance Shire with more than 600 species on display at the festival.

 

Gibson Town - Spring tour -

Coolgardie-Esperance Hwy, Gibson, WA 6448

This year, we have received so much rain that the flora is giving a real show with a beautiful display of different varieties of Orchids. Join me on this tag-a-long tour and discover the incredible specimens proliferating after a prescribed burn. Only a 15 min drive from Esperance town centre on the Coolgardie Hwy. Tours from 5th September 2023.

Join me for 1h walk into a rejuvenated bushland following a prescribe burn the previous year. Tours availability are subject to weather and availabilities can be find via clicking on the BOOK button below. (Contact me for more info)

PINK LAKE

Pink Lake Lookout car park, 
Eleven Mile Beach Rd, Esperance, WA 6450

Join me on this 1 hour walking tour winding through walk trails & bush tracks to discover incredible orchid specimens in their natural environment, at Pink Lake. Only a 10 min drive from Esperance town center. Tours from 22th August 2023. 

Tours are available mornings or afternoons, you will be guided over 1hour  to the very best hidden wildflower hot spots, so don't forget your camera...

ROTARY LOOKOUT, DEMPSTER HEAD

Doust St, Esperance WA 6450

It's springtime and the bush is bursting with wildflowers! Join this guided walk around Dempster Head and you'll discover a variety of incredible specimens while taking in 360 views of the Southern Ocean. This tour is a 1 hour long guided walk of one of Esperance's central wildflower hot spots, so don't forget your camera... If lucky we might encounter some bearded-dragon sucking up the sun or some whales passing by....
